Regular Visits

Adjustments are delivered during 'Adjustment Only Times' with the specific intention that Dr Jeff is focused on delivering the best possible care without being distracted by other concerns.  Any time needed for consultation is scheduled during 'Extended Appointment Times' and there is no extra charge.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical adjustment consists of 5 minutes of waiting, 5 minutes on the table and receiving the adjustment and a minimum  5 minute walk after to reinforce beneficial movement and changes from the adjustment.  Remember the body is doing the healing and this continues long after the adjustments are delivered.

Before you leave the office the front desk staff will check your appointment schedule and financial status, as necessary.

It is important to realise that adjustments produce strong neurological input into the brain and will reinforce any condition that exists at the time.  Therefore positive thinking and attitude are important when receiving adjustments.

Like regular workouts at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before.  Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognise your time is valuable.  We do everything possible to run on time and minimise the impact on your busy life.

Dr Jeff Asks some important questions of interest to Hobart residents - Chiropractor Hobart Dr Jeff Asks...

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Hobart parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
